Returns Policy

At Rolé Professional, we take great care in ensuring the quality and accuracy of every order. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

1. Wrong Item Received
Returns are only accepted if you have received the wrong product (i.e., a different item than what was ordered). If this occurs, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. How to Report a Wrong Product
To report an issue, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the received product

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will investigate and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible, at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items
All other items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products.
